Then on to Kangaroo Island, an exciting wilderness vacation destination and home to Australia’s largest koala colony. Explore the famous Great Barrier Reef and round off your stay in stunning Sydney.

DAY 1 Adelaide
For a great Aussie welcome, head straight for Adelaide, a beautiful city renowned for its warm and friendly people, art, culture and wine. You will stay tonight at the Sebel Playford Adelaide, a boutique hotel in the heart of Adelaide which offers a classical style with a stunning Art Nouveau ambience.

DAY 2 Kangaroo Island
Travel on the morning SeaLink Connection coach service from Adelaide through the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula, along scenic coastal roads to Cape Jervis where you’ll board the SeaLink ferry for the short 45 minute cruise to Kangaroo Island (KI).

Your tour today is the Seal Bay Discovery Tour beginning with a visit to Clifford’s Honey Farm where you will enjoy the informative talk by the beekeeper followed by tastings. Don’t miss Mrs Clifford’s famous honey ice-cream! You will stop for lunch then travel to the Parndana Wildlife Park, an award winning sanctuary for orphaned native animals and birds. On then to Seal Bay for a beach walk among a breeding colony of Australian Sea Lions. From Seal Bay, then you will travel to the township of Kingscote to view the spectacular pelican feeding before being transferred to your chosen overnight accommodation.

Your Seal Bay Discovery tour then comes to a relaxing conclusion, and you will head to your KI accommodation.

DAY 3 Kangaroo Island
Your tour today is the Remarkably Wild Tour and you will first visit the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery, a marvellous example of dinki-di Australian bush ingenuity. Then it’s on to Kelly Hill Caves where a National Parks Guide will escort you deep into the cave system where you’ll wonder at incredible limestone formations. Then head down to Flinders Chase National Park, renown as a sanctuary for a host of native Australian animals. You’ll walk along the rugged southern coastline to the spectacular Remarkable Rocks and Admiral’s Arch, home to a colony of New Zealand fur seals. From Flinders Chase, visit the Island Pure Sheep Dairy for milking and cheese-making demonstrations and of course, there are tastings of the delicious cheeses and yoghurts!

Your two-day KI Coast to Coast Tour comes to a relaxing conclusion at the ferry terminal for your return journey to Adelaide, staying once again at the Sebel Playford Adelaide.

DAY 4 Cairns
Today, you will fly to Cairns for an unforgettable look at one of the world’s most amazing natural wonders, the famous Great Barrier Reef.

Just 25 minutes drive north of Cairns, where the lush tropical rainforest meets the aqua blue waters of the Coral Sea, is where you’ll find Novotel Palm Cove Resort, your home for the next 4 nights.

A short stroll from the resort will take you to the palm fringed beachside village of Palm Cove awarded ‘Australia’s Cleanest Beach 2003’. Palm Cove is a spa and dining paradise dotted with outdoor cafs, restaurants, bars, boutiques and convenience shops. The relaxed coastal village exudes an elegant atmosphere while fulfiling the requirements of your vacation wishlist.

DAY 5 - 7 Cairns

DAY 8 Sydney
Round off your vacation in Sydney, one of the world’s most vibrant cities, where you can go to the beach, the ballet at the Opera House and 5-star restaurants, all in one day.

Enjoy your 4 night stay at the Novotel Rockford Darling Harbour which is walking distance of the city. You are minutes away from the many shops and restaurants of Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay and King Street Wharf, while the nearby monorail and light rail offer easy access to other attractions.
