3 Day East Coast Explorer
Day 1 - Devonport or Launceston to Bicheno
We travel north east of Launceston to the beautiful Bridestowe Lavender
Farms; where everything conceivable is made with lavender! We then continue
our journey through the changing landscape of heritage farms, forests
and mining towns until we arrive at the spectacular St Columbas
Falls (pumping an average 42,000 litres of water per minute!). After a
short hike, relax with Priscilla the beer drinking pig at
the Pub in the Paddock. We finish our day at the breathtaking Bay of Fires,
with a stroll along the pristine white sands or a swim in the sparkling
turquoise water (weather permitting). We stay overnight in the seaside
township of Bicheno. After dinner, take an optional tour to see little
penguins nesting (at own expense). (LD)
Day 2 - Bicheno to Pt Arthur
This morning we climb up Mount Amos in Freycinet National Park for fantastic
views over Wineglass Bay. You may choose to hike to Wineglass Beach via
the lookout. We travel south to Port Arthur enjoying a rain forest walk
on the way. Tonight enjoy the Port Arthur Ghost Tour (at own expense).

Day 3 - Pt Arthur to Hobart
This morning we explore the Port Arthur Historic Site and take a boat
cruise around the harbour then visit Remarkable Cave and a variety of
other sites on the Tasman Peninsula before arriving into Hobart. (BL)

All tours are accommodated and we offer HOSTEL (dorm

of booking. Motel/Lodge style may be located on different premises
to hostel accommodation.
Evening meals are BBQ style dinners, prepared by the guide (with
passenger participation) and eaten as a group. Breakfasts are continental

It is recommended passengers depart Hobart the following day. If
flights are booked from Hobart Airport on Day 3, they must depart on/after
7.30pm.
Fuel levy of $10 per person and park fees of $10 per person are

3 Day Wild & Green West Coast Tour
Day 1 - Hobart to Tullah
Departing Hobart we travel to Mount Field National Park - hike to Russell
Falls and join the Tall Trees Walk where you will see the
worlds tallest flowering plant, the Swamp Gum. We continue on to
picturesque Lake St Clair (the deepest lake in Australia) for lunch then
head to the historic mining town of Tullah via Queenstown, doing various
walks along the way. We stay overnight at the cosy Tullah Lakeside Chalet,
surrounded by lakes and mountains. (LD)
Day 2 - Tullah - Strahan - Tullah
We hike to Montezuma Falls, Tasmanias highest waterfall, through
stunning rainforest. We then visit the awesome Henty Sand Dunes where
you can explore on foot, take a quad bike tour (optional extra). Later
we call in at the picturesque coastal village of Strahan before returning
to Tullah where you can catch your breath or go canoeing on Lake Rosebery
(FREE), mountain biking (FREE) or take a horse ride through the surrounding
hills (optional extra.) Overnight Tullah Lakeside Chalet. (BLD)
Day 3 - Cradle Mountain to Devonport
Discover the World Heritage Cradle Mountain National Park. Enjoy a guided
walk around beautiful Dove Lake or challenge yourself with a more strenuous
bush walk (unguided) exploring this spectacular area. This afternoon we
further explore the mid north od the state before finishing in Devonport.

6 Day Taste of Tasmania

We travel to Mount Field National Park, walking to Russell Falls and the
Tall Trees Walk. We continue on to Lake St Clair then head
to the historic mining town of Tullah, doing various walks along the way.

Day 2 - Tullah - Strahan - Tullah
We hike to Montezuma Falls, then take a walk through the Henty Sand Dunes
or take a quad bike tour (at own expense). We call in at Strahan then
return to Tullah to go canoeing on Lake Rosebery (FREE), mountain biking
(FREE) or horse riding (at own expense). Overnight Tullah Lakeside Chalet.

Discover the World Heritage Cradle Mountain National Park. Enjoy a guided
walk around beautiful Dove Lake or challenge yourself with a more strenuous
hike (unguided) to view Cradle Mountain. This afternoon we further explore
the mid north of the state before arriving at our overnight accommodation
in Devonport. (BL)

Spend a day at leisure enjoying the sights of Hobart. Some recommended
activities are: Derwent River Cruise on the historical square rigger Lady
Nelson, a tour of the Cascade Brewery or the Cadbury Chocolate Factory
(only week days), half day bike hire or a trip up Mt Wellington. (All
activities are subject to availability and at own expense). Overnight
in Hobart. (Meals at own expense)
