Sydney and Melbourne are both iconic Australian cities, this great package will ensure you get a great orientation of both. You will see all the man made and natural wonders that make them so special and recognisable, as well as have some free time to get to know them at your own pace.

Day 1 Arrive Sydney
You will be met and transferred to your hotel for the next 4 nights. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure to explore this fascinating city. Overnight: Sydney, Travelodge Sydney or the Vibe Hotel Sydney for 4 nights

Day 2 Sydney City Sights and Harbor Cruise
Today you will have an opportunity to familiarize yourself with Sydney on a city sights tour. Your half day tour will take in the icons such as the Sydney Opera House, Harbor Bridge and Mrs Macquarie’s chair. Your tour will end with a fantastic lunch cruise on Sydney’s majestic harbor, a must do for any visitor. (B, L)

Day 3 Blue Mountains High Country Luxury 4WD Tour
Today travel with a small group of like minded travellers to the stunning Blue Mountains. You will visit ancient Aboriginal sights and breathtaking lookouts. A delicious barbecue lunch with Australian wines and cheeses is included, and also provides a great opportunity to spot curious kangaroos. Leaving the Blue Mountains you will have an opportunity to explore the site of the 2000 Olympic Games before returning to your hotel. (B, L)

Day 4 At Leisure
Take time to relax and enjoy Sydney. Maybe do some shopping, or have a drink in one of the great pubs of The Rocks. Or for the more adventurous you may wish to experience the thrill of The Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb. (B)

Day 5 Sydney to Melbourne
Day is at leisure until your transfer from your hotel to meet your flight to Melbourne. On arrival you will be met transferred to your Melbourne hotel, remainder of day is at leisure. (B) Overnight: Melbourne, Travelodge or Vibe Hotel for 4 nights

Day 6 Melbourne City Sights
This morning you will be picked up from your hotel for a half day sightseeing tour of Melbourne. You will see numerous highlights including Captain Cook’s Cottage, Queen Victoria Market, Fitzroy Gardens and Albert Park, home of the Australian Formula One Grand Prix. (B)

Day 7 Phillip Island Penguin Parade
This afternoon get ready to experience a unique and entertaining phenomenon. You will be picked up and driven to Phillip Island to see the famous Penguin Parade. Every evening hundreds of penguins come to shore and waddle up the beach to their nesting spots, it is a truly unique and entertaining experience. (B, D)

Day 8 Melbourne at Leisure
Today relax and enjoy Melbourne, you may wish to experience the great shopping of the Queen Victoria Market, or check out of the fine Art Galleries. You may also be able to experience high speed, hard hitting action of an Australian Rules Football match.(B)

Day 9 Depart Melbourne
Day is at leisure till your transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
